Shipments and Returns

Standard delivery 

Packages will be dispatched the same day if orders are complete and payment is received before 5:00 P.M via UPS with tracking. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Exceptions:

1) Please allow extra time for items are large and/or heavy that need to be packaged separately or require freight shipping

2)Out of Stock items or Special orders

3) Shipped to APO/FPO addresses and other U.S territories

Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase and are not opened and like new for any reason. Some exclusions apply.

1) Get a Return Merchandise Authorization

Please email or call us at (305) 653-2594 for a return authorization.

2) Pack items back carefully

Returned items must be new and in the original packaging and complete with all of the original accessories and manuals. 

3) Attach the shipping label

Generally for most returns, you will receive a UPS Authorized Return Service shipping label along with the return merchandise authorization number. 

Important Refund Details

Once the item is received and fully inspected to see if there are any damages, foul play, missing accessories, and manuals then we will contact you with return options. Record of delivery and images will documented upon arrival of the return to ensure honesty and integrity of returned items.

Option 1) You may choose something else for an exchange or a refund of the amount of the item you purchased

Option 2) Refunds must be issued to the same credit card, debit card, gift card, or other form of payment used in the original transaction

Items must be new:

Top Audio Miami reserves the right to refuse a customer a return or charge a restocking fee when the returned item is not like new.

Examples of conditions that will lead to a refused return or restocking fee including when the returned item has:

  • A different serial number than the one shipped with the item
  • Missing parts or the original product packing material.
  • Damage because it was improperly packaged for return shipment.
  • Been heavily used with visible wear and tear, odors,etc.
  • Damage from drops, spilled liquid, or mishandling

We will email you a letter of confirmation that the return was processed.

Return Shipping Cost

For most returns: Top Audio Miami can issue you an UPS Authorized Return Shipping (ARS) label for a flat fee of $15 per package. Let us know how many packages you're returning, and we’ll send a label for each package via email, fax, or US mail.

Return shipping costs: are deducted from your merchandise credit or refund.

Retail Return: Please return items back to our retail store in Miami,FL. Bring a printed receipt of the item and the Returned Merchandise Authorization before returning the item. Call us at (305) 653-2594 for arrangements
